Bonanza Pre-Emptions and Reruns~1959 to 1972

The following page represents the number of pre-emptions that delayed many telecasts of the series. Comparing these pre-emption dates per season with gaps in airdates in the first-run seasons; the "gaps", where there are skipped airdates, are now filled with other programming NBC decided to air, from 1959 to 1972. I have also included a small array of episodes NBC decided to rerun during the first-run seasons, and not during the rerun seasons. An additional eight first-run episodes were reran, separately from the summer reruns seasons, a grand total of 239 first-run episodes reran, combined with the summer reruns of 14 years, from 1959 to 1973.
